I developed a list for detecting a psychopath early without using the antisocial personality traits, which they hide at first. The Lawson List (Public Domain) is based on 40+ years of personally observing their dysfunctional habits: "How to Spot a Pro-Social Psychopath"
Please evaluate and share freely. My goal is to test for neurological impairment to free the world of psychopathic leaders. Psychopaths are 1 - 4 percent of the population (3 to 12 million people in the USA, Europe is higher).
"Psychopathy is a personality disorder signified by a pattern of lying, exploitiveness, heedlessness, arrogance, sexual promiscuity, low self-control, and lack of empathy and remorse. Those who are affected may appear normal thus increasing their ability to effectively prey on others." -

Psychopaths (aka sociopaths) are impaired neurologically, and like drug users, are not fit for positions of leadership. Testing needs to be implemented. Psychopaths are people who have never experienced stress, nor the agony of heartbreak, and therefore are in no position to counsel the rest of the world using their warped definition of "success".
